There's nothing like cooking outdoors. The dappled sunlight, hearing the breezes you would miss indoors. Maybe the smell of a campfire crackling away, jays squawking in the distance oaks. The hissing of the Coleman stove as it heats up the Number 8 WagnerWare cast iron skillet. Then, drop a bit of butter in the skillet as slice of bread, a couple of slices of cheese and then another slice of bread..some people I know put mustard on the inside of the second slice. Press it down with a spatula until it begins to brown the first side, then if the top isn't buttered, drop another dab of butter into the skillet when you flip it. Once it's brown and the cheese begins to melt, you got one of the campfire classics. Delicious, and easy clean up.
