1. Acceptance of Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between you and US, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to this website, the content, products or services provided by or through this website. This Agreement may be amended by US at any time without specific notice to you.
2. Copyright
The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to this website are protected under copyright, and other intellectual property rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of this website, except as allowed by Limited Rights of Use, is strictly prohibited. The posting of information or materials on this website does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.
3. Limited Rights of Use
The viewing or downloading of any graphic from this website grants you only a limited, non-exclusive license for use, solely by you, for your own personal use and not for publication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use.

We do not warrant that this site, its servers, or email sent from the site are free of viruses or other harmful components. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
6. Personal Information
As a customer you warrant that the personal information you are required to provide when you make a purchase is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
7. Privacy Policy
We value the privacy of customers and visitors. Therefore, all information collected from individuals or organizations will never be sold or made available to a third party for promotion, marketing, or solicitation. Organizations that receive donations receive a monthly statement with the name & amount of each donation. They will not receive information on what was purchased.
We periodically send emails with special offers. If you wish to be removed from our list, please email your request.
8. Payments
If you purchase something from us, you warrant that any payment information you supply is true, correct and complete, and that all charges incurred by you will be honored by you. You agree to pay the charge incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
9. Return Policies
We strive to provide our customers with quality merchandise. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact the individual artist within 5 (five) business days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to return items. Please package items carefully and insure against damage. If an item returned is damaged and there is no insurance, there can be no refund. When we receive the returned item, we will issue in the same form as the original payment.
10. Submissions
All suggestions, ideas, notes, testimonials and other information you send to us shall be deemed and remain the sole property of Artful Vision, LLC, unless otherwise expressly agreed to by you and us prior to the submission.
11. Third Party Links
This website contains links to other websites for you to access at your sole discretion. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such websites.
12. Right to Opt Out
You may choose whether to opt out of direct marketing communication from us at any time by going to the bottom of last email you were sent. Find the “Please Unsubscribe Me” link in the footer and click it. This will remove from the exact email list you are on.
13. Venue
We act as a venue to allow Participating Artists to sell handmade goods. We collect monies for items sold on our website and make payment to the Participating Artists and the Participating Organizations. We do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer. As a venue we are not responsible or liable for any product represented by its Participating Artists.
14. Applicable Law.
You agree that all actions or proceedings arising directly or indirectly out of this agreement, or your use of this site or any products obtained by you through such use, shall be litigated in the circuit court of Oakland County, Michigan. are expressly submitting and consenting in advance to such jurisdiction in any action or proceeding in any such court. This site is controlled by Artful Vision in the state of Michigan, USA.
