Partial List of Terms & Conditions for Artists
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “you” and “your” refers to you, the Participating Artist; “we,” “our,” and “us” refers to Artful Vision, LLC.Before you may become a Participating Artist with Artful Vision, LLC, you must read and accept all the Terms and Conditions in this agreement. This agreement is effective January 10, 2010.
Artists Age
Only individuals who are 18 years of age and older and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law can become Participating Artists.
Artwork Posted on Artful Vision
Artists who wish to post artwork that is not listed on the initial artist's application must contact the administrator of Artful Vision for approval. It is our intention to maintain balance in each category.
Contribution to Participating Organizations
You agree that we will retain 20% of the proceeds from each sale for remittance to the Participating Non-Profit Organization under whose Name the purchase was made.
Criteria for Exhibiting
You must make or design the products you list. Quality craftsmanship is of utmost importance. We reserve the right to request image verification of work in progress before accepting your product onto our site.
Fee for Service
There is no fee for listing your merchandise on Artful Vision. We retain an 8% administration fee on all successful sales.
Listing Period
You may list your products on Artful Vision’s website for as long as your remain a Participating Artist. You may add, remove and update products at any time you remain a Participating Arist.
Payments
We will forward all monies due twice a month. You will receive a statement of all transactions with the amount due to you, and sales taxes to be paid. It is the your responsibility to submit taxes to the state in which you reside.
Payments for orders between the 1st - 15th of the month will be deposited electronically on the 11th of the following month. Payments for orders between the 16th and end of the month will be deposited electronically on the 26th of the following month.
Wholesale/Licensing Opportunities
We provide access to companies that wish to discuss wholesale or licensing opportunities with artists displaying their products on our site.
All requests will be forwarded directly to the individual artist. We expect no financial return for any agreements made between individual artists and wholesale/licensing agreements.
