Artful Vision reviews submissions from artists on a ongoing basis. We consider new and creative work that will be complementary to our artists and customers. To submit your artwork to Artful Vision for consideration please review our submission guidelines. Artists accepted will receive an application form for completion.

Artful Vision provides access to individual artists to enter all data regarding their work. Artful Vision does not take responsibility for any discrepancies.

Communications received from Artful Vision will be sent via email. You agree that all email received from Artful Vision satisfies any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
Items displayed on our website are handmade. If there is a delay in filling your order you will be contacted directly by the artist. As all items are handmade we cannot guarantee that each item will be always be in stock.

Artful Vision accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit / debit cards for purchases, as well as Artful Vision Gift Certificates. Please note that Artful Vision is a secure website.
NON-PROFIT APPLICATIONS
Artful Vision partners with non-profits to end fundraising fatigue in a way that’s creative, profitable and provides real value in an online art fair of art & fine crafts. Most non-profits, PTO/PTA’s, religious institutions and social service institutions qualify to participate. Artful Vision reserves the right to reject an application by an organization to participate in the Fundraising Program for any or no reason. For more information please visit our Fundraising section.

We periodically send emails with special offers. If you wish to be removed from our list, do so by going to the bottom of an email you were sent. Find the “Please Unsubscribe Me” link in the footer and click it. This will remove you from the exact email list you are on.
PRIVACY POLICY
Artful Vision values the privacy of our customers. Therefore, all information collected from individuals or organizations will never be sold or made available to a third party for promotion, marketing, or solicitation. Organizations that receive donations will receive a monthly statement with each customer’s name & amount of each donation. They do not receive information on what was purchased.

Artful Vision does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is error free. Each artist is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their products. If you feel your product is not as described you are free to request a refund.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
Artful Vision will at different times offer discounts and special offers. Such discounts and offers are valid for use on this website only and may not be redeemed elsewhere unless otherwise stated.
PURCHASING PRODUCTS
When your order is complete we will send a confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. The artist for each item in your order will be notified of your purchase. Orders are processed by each individual artist and are shipped separately.
RETURN POLICIES
Artful Vision strives to provide our customers with quality merchandise. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items. Please package items carefully and insure them against damage. If an item returned is damaged and there is no insurance, there can be no refund. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
SALES TAX
Artful Vision is subject to the same tax collection rules as any other company conducting business on the Internet. We abide by the same taxation rules as mail-order companies. These are based on constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce. We collect state taxes when the artist and customer reside in the same state.

Although the information on this website if accessible worldwide sales and shipping is limited to shipping within the United States of America at this time.
